Minutes

The Calypso Board of Commissioners meet the first Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the conference room of Town Hall located at 103 W Trade Street, Calypso, NC  28325.

Approved minutes are the official records of the proceeding of a meeting.  Minutes are considered public records and available for public inspection in the Clerk's Office.

The Town of Calypso minutes are in summary form.  Votes are always reflected, but only summaries of discussions are included.  Some municipalities have minutes in verbatim form, but we do not.
